Accurate Accounts of the Lynching Holocaust
Before I read Ralph Ginzburg's book, I considered lynching as merely hanging from a tree. But when I finished his book, my opinion had expanded to human body toture which consisted of burning, mutilation, and other sadistic actions that go beyond pain's limits. This collection of newspaper articles over the decades of years portrays the American terrorism that has been hushed and hidden away. "100 Years of Lynching" can be used as an excellent source along with documents from Tuskegee Institute and other places. The nightmarish detail is astounding and is something that one from any race should read to get another perspective besides the sugar-coated definition that America has given to the word "lynching"
