I've been compiling these poems since the turn of the year. There is no pattern to when they come along, I just get the urge to write about the thing that's troubling me in that moment or the thing that is really making me overthink. It's a way of getting it out and hopefully, reaching out, to others who have similar challenges in their own lives. I also write about joyful things in true balanced fashion!
