Eine M�glichkeit zur Umsetzung eines strategischen Gesch�ftsplans bietet das Management Canvas von Anthony Holtz. Dieser All-In-One-Werkzeugkasten dient zur Veranschaulichung des Management-Prozesses sowie der strategischen Planung eines Unternehmens, auch ohne besondere Wirtschafts- oder Management-Kenntnisse. Das Management Canvas bedient sich dabei bereits etablierter Management-Modelle und stellt diese in einer �bersichtlichen Leinwand mit sieben Bausteinen zusammen. In dieser Hausarbeit soll diskutiert werden, ob dieses Model ein effektives Mittel f�r die strategische Planung eines Unternehmens darstellt. Das erste Werkzeug des Management Canvas stellt eine umgekehrte SWOT- Analyse dar. Diese TOWS-Analyse betrachtet dabei die ersten vier Bausteine des Modells, das sind die Gelegenheiten und Gefahren (�u�ere Faktoren) sowie die St�rken und Schw�chen (innere Faktoren) eines Unternehmens. Aufbauend auf dieser Analyse werden im f�nften Baustein des Modells Visionen, Oberziele und Meilensteine festgelegt. Anschlie�end richtet man den Blick von der strategischen Planung hin zur Umsetzung. Im sechsten Baustein werden daher die notwendigen Ma�nahmen zur Realisierung der zuvor gesteckten Ziele bestimmt. Den letzten Baustein stellt das Monitoring dar, bei dem die Ma�nahmen konkretisiert, datiert, den Verantwortlichen �bertragen und anschlie�end �berwacht werden.
