She's armed-with hot irons, sharp shears, and a flair for color. She's dangerous-truly bad news for bad hair. And she's going to do whatever it takes to make a place for herself in the exclusive Beverly Hills salon. Even if that means sweeping hair, emptying trash, scrubbing dummy heads, and making soy lattes for the stars that come to Yoshi's salon. I liked how this book was just one single book unlike some of this author's previous novels that have three or so books in a series and tend to drag on and on. It's a witty and care-free christian chick-flick (with romance that's not too heavy!) about new beginings that any woman will love. I felt that the length was perfect for the story line. I liked how the story line didn't get caught up too much on any one event and kept things moving. I believe that in order to really like a book you've got to connect with the main character in some way or another...this book definitely qualifies! Great ending!
