I used the recipes from this book for a wedding shower and for a wedding reception. Everyone including the men thought that the sandwiches and fillings were delicious. we had a good time preparing everything. And everyone enjoyed themselves , many of the fillings can be made ahead a day or so and the sandwiches put together in AM. Hope this is helpful.
