M. C. Beaton gets better and better with every book of hers that I read. In this new mystery of Agatha Raisin sleuthing with Sir Charles Fraith, it's hard to detect who really did the murder of Melissa. The true murderer (or is it murderess?) is not found out by Ms. Raisin until the very end of the story. And, of course, Agatha becomes the next possible victim. This is by far the best Ms. Beaton has written that I have read. This is the 11th of her series and I loved it.
