I really enjoyed the book until the end; then I was very disappointed that I had taken the time to read the book that ended with no conclusion. The love triangle did not bother me, but the mystery part was abruptly ended without an ending. Has Dee Henderson written other books in the BEFORE I WAKE series?

Left me hanging
I like Dee Henderson's books - appreciate her strong male characters and overall good stories. I really liked the concept of the O'Malley series, as well as the stories themselves. I agree with other reviews here that Before I Wake left me hanging. I checked this site to see if there was a sequel, and apparently (hopefully) one will be forthcoming. I'd also like to urge the writer/editors to do a better job of proofreading. A writer as gifted as Dee Henderson doesn't need glaring errors detracting from the quality of her books.

Small Town Mystery
I didn't like this as much as her other books, maybe because there's more murder and less romance. It was also a little too long, and then she brought in a violent labour strike near the end when I would have been happy to already have the mystery wrapped up.

Im Speechless
When I see a book that is by Dee Henderson, I assume that its going to be good. Unlike her other books, the book drags on for about half way through and then at the end I find myself flipping back thinking that I have had to have missed a chapter or something. If this book does not have a sequel to it, I will be really disappointed.
