I read this book back in the 1980's when the first printing came out. It explains WHY we are in the mess we are in today when it comes to our economy and monetary system which is based on fiat currency with the unlimited ability for those in charge of it to print all they want causing uncontrollable inflation, and ultimately steal the production and labor of the working man.
