A book for many generations
This is a splendid true story of the spy operation during WWII, headed by one man with the full cooperation of FDR and Churchill. It is just as relevant today as the actions were then. This is a tale of courage, leadership and the ability and willingness to maintain secrecy so that the spy operations could be effective. FDR surprised me. Churchill did not. He had always been a clear sighted leader willing to go the distance for the good of his country. The spymaster, William Stephenson, is someone to respect and admire. And his accomplishments are legion.
A great read!!
