E.R. Frank has once again written an intriguing YA novel. When I booktalked this title to my high schoolers, it was probably one of the top-requested novels for their outside reading requirement. The plot is well thought out, the characters, which in YA books can sometimes seem shallow and superficial, really are well-developed, which led both myself and my students who read it to really be absorbed into the story. Great book. Can't go wrong. Read it.
