An Intersting Lady
The content of this novelized account of Andrew and Rachel Jackson is quite interesting: she went through some rough times, and his rise to the presidency was almost a fluke. Unfortunately, the author's style isn't particularly engaging. Worth a look, but not a book I would ever re-read.
