This book is a daily reader, one reading for each day of the year. It transforms negatives into feelings of abundance, and gives the reader suggestions for activities to enhance the perspective of abundance in their life. It has the ability to change the reader from a very negative person to a much more positive person. I gave this book to 5 people this Christmas (2010) because I want to be surrounded by positive people. I originally read it - it's a daybook, so lasts a year - in 1998, and I learned so much about myself that I liked, and learned to do things that created a feeling of plenty in my life. The activities aren't expensive and many are free. I recommend this book highly!
