Great anthology
This one-volume 1962 edition collects Isaac Asimov's chronological Hugo winning story collections originally published in two volumes. If it won a Hugo award between 1955 and 1961, inclusive, it's in here, and I've come back to this book again and again to re-read old favorites. Part of the Hugo's prestige is that it is awarded by popular vote among SF readers, not by professional writers or a committee. Most of these stories are still excellent forty and fifty years after their original publications. Whether and how much you may appreciate Asimov's avuncular introductions and afterwords to the stories is a matter of personal preference, but no serious SF fan should be without a copy of this anthology.
