Svein Haavik

Svein Haavik graduated with an MSc in physics from the University of Bergen, Norway, in 1982, from where he joined FFI. He has been engaged in studies of the propagation of radio waves and the development of communication protocols for wide-band spread spectrum radio communication systems. In 1989 he was appointed as a part-time lecturer in packet-switched radio communications at UNIK, the Centre for Technology at the University of Oslo.
