Sherry Yard
Sherry Yard is the executive pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, which includes Spago, Cut, and Chinois. Her desserts play leading roles at the Academy Awards, Grammy Awards, and Emmy Awards. In addition to winning a James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2002, she won a James Beard Award for Best Dessert Cookbook for The Secrets of Baking. She was named Pastry Chef of the Year by Bon Appetit in 2000.
