Rex Bowman
Rex Bowman is a native of Southwest Virginia who has covered the hills and hollows of the state's Appalachian corner for more than a decade as a reporter for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. A graduate of the University of Maryland (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), he has won numerous journalism prizes (and was nominated for a Pulitzer). His work has appeared in Time magazine and he is the author of the novel, Cannibals. He lives in Roanoke, VA.
