Formerly the Construction Management Program Director at Milwaukee School of Engineering and Graduate Chair at Purdue, he draws from management experiences in industry, government, and the military. A retired Named Professor for Disaster Restoration and Reconstruction, he devoted twenty-one intense months as logistics manager to repair hurricane damage in the United States, and then served as project controls manager and deputy program general manager for the Restore Iraqi Oil program.
