Prior to leaving the military, Michael Peace was a Defence expert in human factors, social engineering and influence. What is that and why is that relevant? It basically means that he knows what makes people tick, how to understand their mindset and thinking patterns, communicate with them in a way which they will comprehend and influence them through use of external and internal factors. So unlike most diet, fitness and nutrition experts who will tell you what to do and give you a rigid routine from the outset, he takes a different approach by exploiting what he knows best - the human factor, allowing you to gradually change your ways through altering your habits in a structured format of influencing you through education and progression. Being a veteran of 24 years in the British Army, having deployed on multiple operational tours, served in the Airborne forces and other specialist units, he has been responsible for the design and delivery of various projects, training courses and mentoring programmes including Special Communications, Hostage Survival to Special Forces and Aircrew, and most recently Intelligence collection. As a result he has a lot of experience, perhaps unprecedented in some areas not usually covered by health and lifestyle books (e.g. influencing people to take action).
