Marc Robertson was born in Southport, Lancashire, and spent his early years in Germany before returning to England for his education. He attended the King's School Canterbury and studied German and French at the University of London before joining Hoxton Hall Theatre in London's multicultural East End. Marc Robertson was born in Southport, Lancashire, and spent his early years in Germany before returning to England for his education. He attended the King's School Canterbury and studied German and French at the University of London before joining Hoxton Hall Theatre in London's multicultural East End. He emigrated to the United States in the mid-1980s. He has since enjoyed a career as an award-winning columnist, journalist, feature writer and editor of a two-county newspaper in Texas and has repeatedly been named one of the state's top news writers and columnists by the Texas Press Association. In 2014, he was honored as Journalist of the Year by the South Texas Press Association, the largest regional organization of its kind in the United States. He now serves as a press officer for a law enforcement agency. He and his wife Terri have raised two children and live in South Texas. He remains a British citizen. See less
