Lucy Natarajan is Associate Professor of Urban Planning at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London. All of her work centres on the interface between government and the public. Lucy Natarajan is Associate Professor of Urban Planning at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London. All of her work centres on the interface between government and the public.
