Ana Kothe is Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. She has published articles on issues of gender in "Modern Language Studies, English Language Notes," and "Women's Studies," Currently, she is completing a translation of selected works by the seventeenth-century nun and writer, Ana Abarca de Bolea.
