Graham Phythian

GRAHAM PHYTHIAN is a retired teacher who has a great interest in local history. He has written a local history column for the South Manchester Reporter and is a regular contributor to Soccer History magazine. He is the author of eight books on regional and sport history, including and Manchester at War (2014) and Blitz Britain: Manchester & Salford (2015), both published by The History Press. He lives in Chorlton.
