Gabi Siboni is a national security specialist and the former director of the Military and Strategic Affairs Program as well as of the Cyber Security Program at Tel Aviv University's Institute for National Security Studies (INSS). He is now a senior research fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS). Prof. Siboni is the founder and was the editor of the Military and Strategic Affairs Journal until 2016. In January 2017, he founded and was the editor of Cyber, Intelligence, and Security Journal. Prof. Siboni is the author or coauthor of several books, including Israel and the Cyber Threat: How the Startup Nation Became a Global Cyber Power, Cybersecurity and Legal-Regulatory Aspects, Guidelines for Israel National Security Strategy, Guidelines for a National Protection Strategy, Regulation in Cyberspace, and National Cyber Strategy. He holds a BS and MS in engineering from Tel Aviv University and a doctorate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Ben-Gurion University. See less
