Fernando I. Soriano, Ph.D. is a professor and department chair of the Department of Human Development at California State University, San Marcos. He holds a Ph.D. and master's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Soriano is the founder of the National Latino Research Center.
