He has many years of experience as a management consultant and has authored 6 books and more than 350 papers and book chapters on a variety of topics as well as making presentations throughout the world. Dr. Fallon has written a weekly newspaper column entitled "Health Thoughts" continuously since 1995. He was a consultant specializing in human resources with A. T. Kearney. He has served as both a member and president of a local board of health.'Dr. Fallon is a physician with residency training in occupational and environmental medicine.
