Dennis Cunningham

Dennis Cunningham was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2004 for his victory in the Earth First and Judi Bari v. the FBI Case. That came toward the back end of a 40-year career as a civil rights lawyer, having been a founder of the People's Law Office in Chicago where he sued the FBI and the Chicago Police for the murder of Black Panther leader Fred Hampton.
