Deborah Heiser

Deborah Heiser, PhD, is the CEO of The Mentor Project and an applied developmental psychologist. She is a Psychology Today contributor, author of The Right Side of 40 blog, coach, After 40 Podcast host, and an adjunct professor in the Psychology Department at SUNY Old Westbury. She is a TEDx speaker, a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches coach, and is among the 2022 Thinkers50 Radar Class. She is married with two sons in college.
