Charles McDonald grew up in southwest Arkansas in a rural area. He is a 1971 graduate from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He worked over 40-years in engineering and technical sales. His career led to extensive travel throughout North America and opportunities to live in Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, California, Nevada and Florida.
