Charles Kiefer

Charles Kiefer is the founder of Innovation Associates, which is dedicated to helping large organizations innovate. Together with cofounder Peter Senge--whose landmark book The Fifth Discipline was based on the company's work--Kiefer created the concept of the learning organization. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with degrees in physics and management.
