Aviva Kanoff
Aviva Kanoff began her culinary adventure as a child. At age 12, she prepared her first successful Shabbos meal. Aviva graduated from the French Culinary Institute and has a degree in studio art from Hunter College. Having worked for years as a personal chef, her artistic approach has led her to creative experimentation with food. She has combined these passions to create The No-Potato Passover, a unique blend of exotic flavors applied to traditional Passover recipes.
