In this role, he has overall responsibility for technology research and product development. Prior to this, Andi worked in Research & Development at Phonak Hearing Systems in Stafa, Switzerland for 18 years. Andi has been responsible for many innovations in the hearing instrument industry - including the first multi microphone system used in hearing instruments. Andi is a recognized authority in the field of hearing instrument technology, and since 1989 has been lecturing acousticians worldwide on the science and technology of hearing instrument systems.
