Die vorliegende Arbeit beleuchtet die gegenw???rtige Einwanderungsgesetzgebung in Deutschland und Kanada. Dabei stellt sich nicht nur die Frage, wie Migration aktuell organisiert wird, sondern auch unter welchen Bedingungen sie bereits stattfindet. Dabei gilt der Blick jedoch nicht nur dem formalen Prozess der Anwerbung und Einreise. Vielmehr wird unter Bezugnahme von Pierre Bourdieus Kulturkonzept sowie des Anerkennungskonzepts von Axel Honneth die Inklusion in den Arbeitsmarkt als zentrale Voraussetzung zur Generierung sozialer Anerkennung und damit einer gelungenen Integration dargestellt.
