If you haven't read Mary Ann Minatra, and you love historical fiction, you've missed one of the VERY BEST! This author can weave a story like hardly any other, with multiple plots, character development that leaves you feeling you know them, and a spiritual depth that will leave you feeling "fed." This is #2 in "The Alcott Legacy." Number One is great, #2 is better, and the conclusion "Heirloom" is truly one of the best books I've ever read. (I read #3 three times before I found #1 and 2!!)
I can only say I hope you cherish this book (this series) as much as I did!
