Clean pages with no markings in the text. There is a name and date (June, '97) printed on the front end paper. The front hinge is cracked and the binding is beginning to crack a few other places, however, there are no loose or missing pages. The cover has some dust staining and a small soil spot. The spine ends have light wear. No date of publicaton mentioned, but appears to be late 1800s per the inscription.
