This book is an excellent reference for Assembly in DOS, but it is also useful for anyone who needs a datasheet on the Intel 8086/8088 CPU. It is far better than a datasheet because the authors have put in a lot of explanatory discussion on the various parts of the CPU and its implementation.
This does not cover 32-bit or 64-bit registers found in later versions of the Intel CPU.
