I was terribly disappointed in Rectangle of Sins. So much so, that I stopped reading it after the first chapter. I tried to keep reading it, in hopes that it would measure up to Folkes' other book, Triangle of Sins. In fact, it was because Triangle of Sins was so good, that I was prompted to purchase Rectangle of Sins. I guess it proves the theory that sequels rarely measure up to the originals or "first-runs". Folkes, in my opinion, is still a good writer; she just "missed the ball" on this one.
