There are pieces that sound like old TV themes, pieces that are meant to invoke dramatic effects, and the whole run of possibilities that can follow are represented. While the three composers, Sam Spence, Tom Hedden, and David Robidoux, made exceptional music for the films, it is just that -- music FOR the films. The music is more than anything somewhat subpar without the film alongside it, merely higher-paced elevator music.
