Warmly inscribed by McKenna to his sister: "To Mary, from her affectionate brother, Michael 26/10/1939, " on the front flyleaf, and Signed again, on last leaf, "Michael M. Johnston (Michael McKenna) 26/10/39" in lower margin of last leaf of text. The dedication leaf states: "To J. K. Johnston". Uncommon.
