Le ydig schon vor fast einem viertel Jahrhundert die rothe Farbe der Retina auch bei Fr???schen und an deren Amphibien beobachtet hat, wie ihm denn auch der Atlassehimmer der absterbenden Froschnetzhaut nicht entgangen ist. Seine Beobachtungen ste hen in M???ller's Archiv f???r Anatomie und Physiologie, 1853, S. 8; in seinem "lehrbuch der Histologie des Menschen und der Thiere (frankfurt a. M 1857.
