This book is easy to read and is pitched at a senior high school level or general reader. It covers a range of US astronomers to the exclusion of just about everyone else. Brian Schmidt from Australia (the Nobel laureate in Physics) gets a mention but only because he was born in the US. I thought the chapter on Hubble was well done and I learnt many new things. Don't get me wrong - it is well done but is really for US audiences.
