Everyone can move from the average 3D Consciousness thru 4D to 5D -- and there is a chart printed 3x in the book to specify what traits a 5D person has --many of the readers of this book will already be 4D, so it is a short 'jump' to 5D and well worth it. With time running out due to Deep State machinations (see Agenda 2030), it is important to get one's act together NOW and be serious about working with one's spiritual nature to beome an Earth Graduate. The Path to one's HIgher Self is not hard, but can be confusing, and in this update to the former Lazy Man's Guide to 5D Consciousness (since removed and expanded) a new Chapter 9 was added to clarify how to get on the Path and handle what comes up. . Suggestons for sustaining one's physical and mental health are examined, as well as what the immediate future holds for the new World Religion called Chrislam.
