The main memory which is going round and round her head, is the assassination of John Lennon who gets killed by Mark Chapman on the 8th December 1980. She believes that she has been sent back in time to save him. No matter what it takes or costs her determination alone has convinced her that she must do it, why else is she in this time zone if not for that reason?
