Adolf Grunbaum's copies of these volumes of the Reichenbach Gesammelte Werke with Grunbaum's signature on the front flyleaf of vols. 1-5 and his bookplate at the front endpapers of vols. 6 & 7. A typed letter signed by editor Andreas Kamlah and addressed to Grunbaum has been paper-clipped into vol. 2 by Grunbaum. Seven (of nine published) volumes, vols.1-7. Published between 1977 and 1999. Vols. 1-5 are hardcovers and vols. 6 & 7 are hardcovers with dust jackets, generally Near Fine copies in Near Fine dust jackets, light age-toning to the outer pages and the page-edges, a bit of bumping to the tips of some of the covers, minor edgewear to the dust jackets. Text in German. Grunbaum is a prominent philosopher of science and critic of psychoanalysis, and was a founding creator of the University of Pittsburgh's Philosophy and History of Philosophy of Science Departments.
