True belief is much more than doctrinal statements, nice-sounding formulas, and lengthy definitions. All of these are based upon left-brain activity. The Prophets prophesied about the coming of Messiah - therefore our belief is focused on Y'shua of Nazareth. The Writings painted a picture of the wisdom and the character of Yahweh - therefore our belief is embedded within a framework that radiates the qualities of the Almighty. We love others because He loves us. We are patient towards others because He is patient towards us. Etcetera. In this way, our belief becomes passionate and sensitive and personal, and includes a great deal of right-brain activity.
