Here is the memoir of Dr. Aihan Kuhn. Dr. Kuhn lived through a chaotic period in Chinese history and faced a challenging new culture living in the United States. Dr. Kuhn was born in China and lived there for 30 years, now living in the United States (for 30 years). She experienced much turmoil and confusion and a destructive period during the cultural revolution. Dr. Kuhn witnessed family chaos and experienced a difficult life in the countryside, along with many other teenagers. She had both personal loss and gain, but these experiences helped to build her character. Her desire to go to school finally achieved; she was able to study medicine in medical school. Trained in conventional medicine in China Dr. Kuhn then came to the United States in 1989, she experienced many differences in life, society, work, culture, daily activities, customs, food, mindset, etiquette, and more. She endured many challenges and obstacles, experienced many changes and healing for herself, and grew into an extraordinary person. Dr. Kuhn always learned and studied to build her career and learned to adapt to a different culture and become a well known holistic doctor, healer, master teacher of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, and an award-winning author. Dr. Kuhn has helped many others to heal, to grow, and to succeed. Her personal life and health had also gone through turmoil, but with wisdom, practice, and constant learning, she has been able to restore harmony, happiness, and balanced life. From her lifetime of experience in what works and what doesn't work, she provides in this book "Golden Tips for Success and Life-Long Happiness," which can significantly benefit not only adults but also the younger generation who want to succeed in life and career.
